Eye4Insight has been developed as a software tool to help you gain visibility into the capacity, activities, capabilities, contract status and pricing of your warehouses. This information requires data entry for which the creation of an account is required.

If the system has been implemented within your organisation please contact your Eye4Insight administrator so they can set up an account on your behalf.
Login
Don’t worry, we have got you covered. In the login screen, you can select ‘I forgot my password’. Provide your email address and choose ‘submit’ on the next screen. We will send you an email that includes your new password.. Please feel free to change your password after logging into your account. You can easily update your credentials in the ‘Settings’ panel.
System set-up
Once your company or organisation has decided to sign up for Eye4Insight it’s a relatively straightforward and quick process to get everything set up. One of our team members will guide you through the process and be there to assist you. In addition, there are videos available to help, if needed. When your account is set up the first time there will be some administrative tasks that need completing that will only need doing once.
If you are the administrator, you can easily add a new user by clicking ‘Settings → Users’ and selecting ‘+New’. Kindly fill out the contact details and you are all set.
If you are the administrator, you can easily add a new role by clicking ‘Settings → Roles’ and selecting ‘+New’. Kindly determine a name for the role and select the preferred permissions.
We request you to provide a high-resolution logo with a transparent background as well as the of your main brand colour. It is also possible to display your own image on the login screen; if you provide us with an image in .svg, .jpeg or .png format we will implement it in your Eye4Insight platform.
Uploading and viewing a warehouse
Please start by logging into your Eye4Insight account. Click ‘Warehouses’ and select ‘+New’ at the top on the right side of your screen. The upload process consists of six steps. Kindly note, we have marked the required fields for you to fill out. Additional fields can be filled in to ensure your warehouse details are complete and visible to your colleagues anywhere in the world.
We have predefined all the details in the ‘List a new warehouse’ section which will be available to you after logging in. Not all fields are required, so if you don’t have the details you can leave the fields open. However, the more details you provide, the more your colleagues will know about your specific warehouse.
Please start by logging into your Eye4Insight account. Click ‘Warehouses’ to have an overview of all your company’s warehouses. You can use the filter options or search bar to narrow down your search based on, for instance, country, certifications or storage environment. Select the preferred warehouse to find out all the details and view images.
Warehouse profile PDFs
If you currently have any warehouse profiles available, we request you to share these files with us as they will serve as an example for the creation of your new auto-generated profile PDFs. We will then determine the final layout and content blocks and use the warehouse information you provided on the Eye4Storage platform to complete the PDFs.
Please start by logging into your Eye4Insight account. Click ‘Warehouses’ and look up the specific warehouse. There will be a download button visible. You can click the button and save the profile, for instance for printing purposes or to share with prospective clients.
Dashboard
We have prepared a dashboard for you that quickly gives you insight into your available and occupied space – in total and per warehouse. You will also be able to filter warehouses per sector experience or storage environment type and easily have an overview of the occupancy levels. Furthermore, you will have insight into the customer contracts that will expire soon.

Payment
Unless otherwise agreed, we will issue an invoice in your company name with an agreed payment date. Once we have received your signed and completed contract we will allow access to Eye4Insight and your invoice will be processed.

Promoting and listing a warehouse on Eye4Storage
Eye4Storage is an independent, world-leading marketplace that conveniently brings warehouse supply and demand together. The platform provides a real-time overview of all types of available warehouse space nearby and across the globe, and enables you to connect and communicate with searchers to discuss quotes and jointly close the transaction.
While Eye4Insight has been developed as a software tool to help you gain visibility into the capacity, activities, capabilities, contract status and pricing of your warehouses, it is part of eye4storage.com, the world’s leading marketplace for warehouse space. Among the many benefits that you get from being an Eye4Insight customer is the ability to list your warehouse on Eye4Storage in one click, attract many searchers from across the world and receive direct enquiries from potential customers.
That is easy. When you upload a new warehouse to your system, you can choose to promote your warehouse in the sixth and final step called ‘Promotion’. On this tab you can check the box that says “Advertise your warehouse on the Eye4Storage marketplace to attract new clients”, and your warehouse will appear on the Eye4Storage website. We recommend you to define a warehouse advertisement title that is attractive to potential searchers, for instance, ‘Brand new warehouse for rent in
By unchecking the box on the Eye4Insight tab with the name “Promotion” your warehouse will be removed from eye4storage.com. However, we recommend that you continue to promote your warehouse as you will be able to keep track of all the customer requests that come in for your warehouse (and also plan for your future expansion to cope with these requests).
